Eduardo’s real estate journey began at 19 in the UT Austin market as a leasing agent, where he has since facilitated hundreds of leases, consistently delivering top results for landlords and tenants. His expertise spans leasing, real estate investments, property flips, and BRRRR strategies, with a strong understanding of DSCR products to support clients in complex financial decisions. Fluent in English and Spanish, Eduardo is committed to providing exceptional service with integrity.
